What we collect

Account details (name, email, organisation, job title and phone), learning records (lesson completion and assessment scores), and payment declarations submitted at checkout.

Why we hold it

To deliver courses, verify payments, assess eligibility for certification, and allow issued certificates to be verified by third parties using their serial number.

Public information

When a certificate is issued, the recipient name, course title, serial, issue date and score become publicly verifiable through the verification page.
